Guidelines on How to Enter a Show
These Guidelines are intended for the benefit of all competitors and to ensure the smooth running of our shows.
Entry forms (which must be signed) should be posted to the show secretary, by the closing date, and include:
- The correct entry fee
- Rider’s name
- Horse’s name (and current points)
- Classes or tests entered
- Whether you are:
- Registered (including mem/reg numbers)
- Unregistered
- Riding Club (including your grade)
- A contact telephone number and address
N.B. All Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to “North Munster Dressage Club”.
Entries MUST be prepaid and posted to the show secretary by the closing date.
Your entry CANNOT be accepted without payment.
Withdrawals can only be accepted until 12 noon on the Thursday before each show.
After that time, it will not be possible to issue a refund.
